Surrounded by the quiet landscape of the Agafay Desert, The Hideaway Restaurant offers a relaxed dining experience where Moroccan flavours meet Oriental and international influences. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients and seasonal dishes are at the heart of our kitchen.
The restaurant is the main dining space for our resident guests, serving breakfast, optional lunch, small bites throughout the day, and an included three-course dinner. In the evening, The Hideaway also welcomes our Pool & Dinner day-pass guests and external visitors joining us exclusively for dinner, with the option to enjoy a Sunset Hill aperitif beforehand.

Dedicated to our day-pass guests, the restaurant serves a three-course lunch inspired by Moroccan, Oriental, and international cuisine, prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Throughout the day, the bar offers a selection of drinks and small savoury and sweet bites to enjoy by the pool.
Our resident guests are also welcome to enjoy the Oasis Lunch & Pool, subject to availability. To guarantee a sunbed, we recommend booking the Lunch & Pool experience in advance, available at a special rate exclusively for our resident guests.
